Returns eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (personal care, hygiene, and cosmetic items), we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
